Atelier B² is the confluence between two architects - Camille Bivens and Sophie Bidot - that share the same family and ecological values. Concerned about the environmental impact in their field, they decided to focus their passion by promoting an eco-responsible approach, with thoughtful projects adapted to the current context.
Born and raised in Annecy - France, Camille left for Canada after high school where she lived for over than 5 years and also studied environmental design option architecture at the University of Manitoba. Back in Europe, she did her master’s degree in Switzerland between Geneva, Fribourg and Bern as part as the Joint Master of Architecture. Being Franco-American, she places importance to her international status and hopes to be able to share her knowledge developped through her experiences around the world as she started her own firm in France in 2019.
After graduating as an interior architect and designer from ESAM design in 2011, Sophie worked as a freelancer for several Parisian architectural firms. She resumed her studies at ENSAPLV and became a licensed architect in 2018. She chose to work freelance until settling in Sevrier where she followed her family tradition old one century by creating her architectural agency and partnering with Camille in 2022.
